They are no longer in business. Scheduled an appointment to get our Tesla fixed on our Tesla app. Scheduled a date at this location. Prior to paying and final confirmation I have attempted to call over 30 times in the past two weeks. Phone line dies every time. My wife left a Facebook message with no response. Left a message on Tesla application with no response. I am definitely not driving 3 hours to location "hoping" they are still in business.
I bought my SUV from these guys 3 years ago and it’s still going strong. Great experience with good people.
2 stars for the two years that it lasted me....with a car note on my hands still. Engine blown.....nice people but product did not match the personality. Now I have a problem on my hands. Don't do business with these folk.
Inquired about a van, was told it still needed inspection and cleaning, was gonna leave a deposit, the man said that he would call me back. Never did. Called a few days later, was told it was allready sold. Would have been nice to at least have had a courtesy call back that it had allready been sold.
