Had a defective product and was promised a replacement but after months of not receiving they've emailed to say they won't replace after all. You just lost a customer who has spent a lot for your products and will make sure your lack of integrity is shared with my social network.
Would give a zero if possible. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Best animatronic/inflatable/decor company EVER!
I like this place, I also made a few prototypes here back in 2009.
