Worse experience ever!!! They canceled my appointment when it is URGENT for me to see them and they don’t care!! Kendra specifically, she was being so difficult she wasn’t able to schedule me because she didn’t want to. Worse customer service ever! And this comes from a very sick person. I doubt their doctors know what the staff is doing by keeping their patients away!
Dr, Sookprasong was great very knowledgeable , the whole experience was great, I found the lever of care exceptional, thank you.
Dr Sookprasong is warm and friendly, while being very thorough and knowledgeable. She answers my questions and takes the time to make sure I understand the current issues. Highly qualified and highly recommended.
