Wonderful doctor. She was with a student doctor I saw. Both were very caring and compassionate. I will recommend this office to all.
Dr. Kim provides excellent care and I am very satisfied.
I saw a resident at UCR recently and Dr. Kim was the teaching doctor with the resident. She worked so well with the student and was so kind to both me and him. She explained all that was going on and what I needed to do to take care of my problem. I really liked her style and the way she handled the training of this your person.
Kind and attentive! Turned my health around. No one could tell me what was wrong, Dr Kim figured out that it was Lupus in 2 weeks. Recommend to all.
I have no complaints so far except the wait time in doctors rooms can sometimes be a long ,but I understand things happen and it can't be helped. And the staff are very nice and courtesy.
As a "teaching facility", sadly seems they need to be TAUGHT client and TIME management. Office staff (lack of ability) greatly reduces my review. Less than satisfactory care- On a FOLLOW up appointment, all test addressed by specialist, over one hour and forty minute wait to be treated as if it was 90 days prior and was Never TESTED for condition by five other Drs. Chart never seemed addressed by DR-WASTE of Time.
Go to this doctor ONLY if you are suicidal...she does NOTHING!!!! Her answer to any questions is, Make another appointment. The most unprofessional medical office on the planet...I watched one of the girls at the desk put her Jack in the Box bag on her desk and proceeded to eat and smack her lips in front of the entire waiting area. Total gross out. Anytime my pharmacy calls they NEVER get a call back even though it is an urgent situation. It seems to be pot luck if you actually get any care.
Multiple appointments are needed - she only addresses one problem per visit. Next to impossible to get an appointment.
Dr. Kim herself is wonderful. Unfortunately one can never reach anyone on her medical staff. The answering receptionists are unkind, often rude and over all unhelpful at best. Late night urgent service is unacceptably detached, inattentive and blatantly condescending. My prescription were sent to the wrong pharmacy, authorization faxes to insurance company took literally weeks resulting in denials to refill by pharmacies. Pharmacy complained about rudeness of outer office staff .
