I wish I could give them zero stars!!! I would NEVER go here if I could undo my mistakes. Avoid this place at all cost. The owner who owned this previously is no longer here and you can see the quality of work also decreasing. I originally went here to custom make my fiancé’s ring because another friend made her ring here (from previous owner). I told Kathy the exact design I had wanted. After lots of shopping around, I ultimately decided to go with Gemkraft for my finace's engagement ring due to the incredible level of service, quality, and affordability.
