Good time
New owners almost every year. Nothing gets done bc of one maintenance trying to do it all. Office seems to never be opened. Also you'll have mold in your bathroom! Not worth almost 1k for just a one bedroom.
Currently having to pay $900 for an apartment with 0 amenities, basically no staff or maintenance, and very low quality. The pool hasn’t worked in years and probably will not ever be fixed, there is no gym, the washer and dryers are in a separate dirty building and costs $4 every time, the office is only open for 5 days a week 8-5 but closed for lunch so if something bad happens on a Friday night good luck getting it fixed.
