monday june 29,2026. assistant manager john came over to repair a bathroom sink. after removing it he saw that a new sink was in order. he returned the sink to its opening and apologetically explained to me how a new one would have to be ordered. eight days later he stopped by to inform me that the sink would be delivered and installed the next day. thanks john for always keeping us in the loop, for being straight up and for just being an all-round good guy.
I have been living here for one year and my experience has been terrible, specially Tom and John I saw how they treated the kids when they were playing soccer and John what do you mean? You can have floaty in the pool it’s for you not to drown terrible
I was going to rent from here but after my tour it left me a sour taste. The owner of the building said he could pre spray my unit for move in for cockroaches. Which means they have a bug issue and I have in my years of renting had that issue and I don’t want to start. Telling me you’ll pre spray my unit indicates there’s a problem and i didn’t move forward. Building appears clean and the guy also tried to tell me it’s a “new building issue” far from the truth. I have been living at this location for over ten years and have seen different management companies come and go. I have to say Skyline has been overall pretty good. I honestly have had no issues with most of the staff until the last little while. Tom is always friendly. Helpful and quick to respond to any issues that I have concerns about. I like Tom. He's also very understanding and that is very rare and I have to say that since Skyline came along, I wish that the building was managed by them from the start. Having said tha... read more
