I have been living at this location for over ten years and have seen different management companies come and go. I have to say Skyline has been overall pretty good. I honestly have had no issues with most of the staff until the last little while. Tom is always friendly. Helpful and quick to respond to any issues that I have concerns about. I like Tom. Tom the property manager is the single kindest person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His care and compassion with his tenants is something not often seen anymore, especially in landlord companies. The ability to navigate issues and challenging behaviours and still patient and considerate to work out a fair solution is refreshing to see and is reflected in all the staff and the properties.
I am very happy with my experience living in this building (955) managed by Skyline Living. The facilities are very good, including a well-maintained gym, a nice social room, and a clean pool that residents can enjoy. I would especially like to appreciate our Resident Manager, Mr. Tom. He is a very flexible, and supportive person who is always ready to help residents. Whenever we requested maintenance, it was handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you to Mr. Tom and Skyline Living for the great management and support.
My boyfriend from 1981 , lived here, in Gemini towers, it was very nice then. I want to know, what happened to the white house across the street? My best friend ,( J Jackson lived there) in 1981, we lost track of each other, we spent many hours at that house , skipping classes at Montcalm high , as I moved to alberta in 1981. Does anyone know what happened to that house or the ," Jackson" who lived there ? Thankyou
The resident manager Tom is very friendly and easy to talk to. A lot of bus stop is available if you dont have a car. Very good apartment.
