I dropped into Tahja’s All Levels class when I was visiting my sister in Mobile and it was amazing! Everyone was very nice and friendly and I really enjoyed the class structure of learning individual moves and then being invited to do a combo with them all to your own track at the end of the class. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again.
First visit, (and can't wait for future ones) very lovely studio with talented, motivational ,empowering instructor's. Clean, upbeat, non judgemental, a great workout and learn. Feel the burn! I am very new to this style of fitness, and even though I was fresh newbie and struggle understanding directions, they worked with me to understand instructions. They mean it when they say be early! We got lost on the other side of town. We did not know they changed locations. But the instructor was nice! They getting better about answering phone calls to!
