I never leave reviews for anything but I had such a horrible experience at this salon I can’t believe it. I went in for a glaze. I got my hair done at this salon recently/previously- pastel pink and I loved it. I came in with the same near-platinum blonde I did that pink with and showed references of the pink I wanted. I left with neon hair (despite my stylist promising it would not turn out neon). Second time coming to Jennifer for a fashion color and would not go anywhere else. In addition to being extremely friendly she also walks you through the process and answers any questions or concerns honestly and clearly. I love the team culture in the salon. Full five stars! Will be back!
