Jennifer did amazing on my hair. Coming in, I wasn’t sure what I wanted or to expect. Jennifer exceeded my expectations by asking and answering questions and making me feel comfortable. She did what was best for me and put me first and gave me a great experience. For my first time coloring my hair, she made me feel more than comfortable and confident!
I give this salon 5 stars for the amazing hair services, but unfortunately, I would give 1 star for the customer service at the front desk. I’ll get the girl’s name next time, but the attitude and lack of greeting when a customer walks in really need improvement. When a client walks through the door, there should be a simple, friendly greeting such as, “Good morning! How can I help you?” or “Good afternoon! Tori did an amazing job correcting a balayage I had done!
Extremely satisfied with the service and stylist I had! Tori was so thorough with the consultation, and throughout the hair cut process was super attentive. She always made sure to see how I was feeling and checked if I wanted to change anything with my haircut. Even when I had a couple things I wanted to change afterwards, she didn’t make me feel bad about it at all. Will definitely be back!!
