Gemeni does snow removal for our property. They destroyed the fence which the clients in these buildings will have to pay for here, same thing happened a few years back. If I could give zero stars I would. My landlord myself and my housing manager have all tired to get an answer from them with no response about the snow which they are supposed to take out. Instead of using the bobcat to stack the snow they use there big f250 to push the fence down, they do have a bobcat BTW. You could hire teenagers to do a better job. There... read more
Terrible Mangement Co. They Never Answer the Phone all you get is Voice mail with full box. You work for us,we don't work for you.
Having interacted with many management companies, as a trustee/owner, I was initially happy with Gemini. Unfortunately, they have made viewing our financial documents very difficult, have supported the worst instincts of an unsophisticated board, and often make legal assertions that are wholly inaccurate.
Cam is knowledgeable, proactive, and very easy to work with. Every interaction I've had with him has been positive and professional.
