Dr. Butcher had me my wife’s and my general practice doctor for 30 years. She is excellent, highly qualified and spends an extraordinary amount of time with patients. Her quick tentative diagnosis of my wife’s rare, often misdiagnosed condition literally saved her life according to the OSU specialist and surgeon who subsequently treated her. I’m a current patient and could not be happier with the practice. Dr. Butcher is a terrific doctor that has been a godsend in helping me navigating care locally.
Would NOT recommend! Mary Butcher was fine enough, but staff is lazy, condescending , and does not return calls, or handle discrepancies with billing. (I typically don’t even read or leave 1 star reviews because they are typically written during high emotions, and i judge the person that wrote it thinking they were probably unreasonable which prompted the service the recieved... however that is not the case in this situation) We are still fighting false charges 7 months later, and only after getting insurance involved are we... read more
