I was scheduled for an exam and it was canceled by her office due to weather. I understand that completely. However, when they called to reschedule it was 2 months out and on New Year’s Eve. I asked if they would be open then and Olive replied, “I guess so. We have other patients scheduled on that day. I liked Dr. Bogie, but feel like the wait for another appt. was extensive concerning that they were the ones that canceled it.
Unprofessional, unreliable, doesn't listen.
Had an eye concern so this was my first trip to see Dr Bogie. The office staff were pleasant but I was really impressed with the care and professionalism that Dr Bogie showed me. She genuinely cared about my concern and listened intently. Upon examination Dr Bogie advised this would be a simple fix. My concerns vanished. She is professional to say the least but the caring is outstanding. Now I have a permanent eye doctor. I’m happy
Nice office, competent staff, nice location with easy parking. Dr. Bogie has nice patient skills and is an excellent physician.
My opinion is she is a wonderful lady. The first time I went to her I was blind in one eye. She fixed that. The 2nd time I was half blind in the other eye and she fixed that. Thank you for the gift of sight Dr Gemini Bogie you was a gift from God!!
The appointment with this doctor was very rushed, with little conversation and my questions somewhat dismissed. The web address privided to access my personal medical info from the appointment did not work. Had to call the office to request the info be mailed. The office employee also had difficulty with the website, but eventually was able to access to send me info which I HOPE to receive.
