We moved into the quiet quaint South River Elora subdivision this past summer (2025) and are very pleased with the quality cabinetry, interior finishes and layout of this home. It is the Marten model and includes ample storage with 2 cloak closets and pantry on the main floor and walk-in closets in each of the three bedrooms upstairs.
