Gemini basically ghosted us when our insurance company denied our claim for a new roof. Now we have a roof with no repair even though we will pay for repairs ourselves. And we have to go look for someone that will fix what Gemini did to “remediate” along with the actual repair. Apparently the job is not good enough for them unless they get insurance $$$. And they came highly recommended by a friend. Some friend.
Brian, the Project Manager, was a pleasure to work with. He is trustworthy, reliable, & excellent at communication. He was not only willing to work with our insurance company over the phone but be here in person from inspections to finalizations. It made the process seamless & way less stressful than I thought it was going to be. Darren, the Production Manager, was also a pleasure to work with.
