They don't answer phones, and when confronted with issues they caused, we get ghosted. Darren has not answered me over a week after sending messages. Rachel on the front desk is apologetic but can't get anyone to actually respond. Their website was down last weekend, so someone didn't pay a bill most likely. Seems like this business is going out of business, and quite frankly with the way they treat customers it seems to be expected. Zero stars. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. Worst experience I've ever had with a contractor and they never even did any work. Called in February to have them look at a leaky roof. Initially great and thorough. Was told I'd have an itemized quote with some additional recommendations. Great! 2 weeks later, never received the quote. When I followed up, they said they would have it to me by the end of the day. Gemini basically ghosted us when our insurance company denied our claim for a new roof. Now we have a roof with no repair even though we will pay for repairs ourselves. And we have to go look for someone that will fix what Gemini did to “remediate” along with the actual repair. Apparently the job is not good enough for them unless they get insurance $$$. And they came highly recommended by a friend. Some friend.
Brian, the Project Manager, was a pleasure to work with. He is trustworthy, reliable, & excellent at communication. He was not only willing to work with our insurance company over the phone but be here in person from inspections to finalizations. It made the process seamless & way less stressful than I thought it was going to be. Darren, the Production Manager, was also a pleasure to work with.
