When I knew that I wanted my hardwood floors to be buffed and stained, I knew to call Dayal at Gemini Flooring, since they were the ones that installed the hardwood floors. Once again, they didn't disappoint me. The floors look like new again. Its been since 2020 since they were installed and this is how they looked when they were initially installed. Dyal was very communicative during the quoting process, flexible with scheduling (I ended up asking him and his team to come a day earlier than planned), and did a fantastic job finishing my hardwood floors. They were efficient and left my apartment looking spotless. Overall I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely work with Dyal again and recommend his services.
I couldn’t be happier with the work Gemini Floor Services did in my home. We had some pretty worn out sections that I wasn’t sure could be saved, but the team was incredibly professional and patient in explaining our options. They arrived on time, kept the dust to a minimum, and the final result is stunning. My floors haven’t looked this good in years. It’s rare to find a contractor who is both efficient and this detail-oriented. Highly recommend!
Floyd and his crew were amazing. My floors hadn’t been sanded and polished in 20 years so there was a lot to do and a challenge to get all the stains and dings out. You can see in the photos and how nasty it was when they started. They did a great job of it! They were careful of furniture and finished the job within the time they said they would. They even came back to tweak a few spots. Dyal was responsive to any concerns I had and it is obvious he and Floyd have a ton of experience.
Simply stated, Gemini Floor Services saved our floors and brought them to life. We initially made the mistake of letting a general contractor talk us into finishing the hardwood floors, since we were going to save about 3000 compared to quotes we got from a couple flooring companies.
