Floyd and his crew were amazing. My floors hadn’t been sanded and polished in 20 years so there was a lot to do and a challenge to get all the stains and dings out. You can see in the photos and how nasty it was when they started. They did a great job of it! They were careful of furniture and finished the job within the time they said they would. They even came back to tweak a few spots. Dyal was responsive to any concerns I had and it is obvious he and Floyd have a ton of experience.
Simply stated, Gemini Floor Services saved our floors and brought them to life. We initially made the mistake of letting a general contractor talk us into finishing the hardwood floors, since we were going to save about 3000 compared to quotes we got from a couple flooring companies. We thought we were getting a great deal. I called Gemini in the middle of a floor crisis and they swiftly came to the rescue! I hired someone who wasn’t nailing the floor down so the floor was moving when you tried walking on it. Dale immediately assessed the situation and told me what needed to be done. He is a no nonsense, straight shooter and will tell you the best way to proceed with the floors you have.
