I purchased a quality SPECO CCTV camera from Gemini Computer In January 2014 (they apparently do not stock products and have them shipped from whom they buy from) and had a problem with the camera immediately and they refused to replace it under the warranty. They said they were emailing SPECO for advice what to do or return and they never emailed or called me back. All in all, I'd rather support a small business than go to a chain store so a few extra minutes trying to find the motorola scanner I was looking for isn't a big deal. The price was too good low to pass up. I'll buy again, but I do hope they streamline their webpage in the future.
I recently purchased an Epson T-20 from Gemini. Easy to order from them and service was helpful (*I only had a couple questions regarding shipping options but the phone service staff were able to help). Chose the 3 day ship option because I'm impatient :) and everything arrived when it was supposed to. I would recommend them to others and (barring any price increases) will likely do business with them again when I need something for my business.
