Worst experience ever. I rarely write bad reviews but for this company and there employees I had to. Scott the salesman and Mitch the manager are horrible to deal with. The 4 post car lift showed up two months late and damaged. Pieces were missing and the electrical was not complete. The lift button was broken and was sparking once fixed. Very dangerous. I understand things happen but Scott and Mitch have both been extremely unresponsive. No call backs, no responses via email. NOTHING. They don't care about your satisfaction... read more

Have dealt with this company now for a few months now. Started out rocky. As of now, I am in good standings and feel confident they will/are taking care of me as a company should there consumer. Mr. Scott has gone out his way to make sure that I am taken care of. A+ for making things right on there part.
I bought the Garage Champ GC7 and used a contractor Gemini recommend to set it up. I use the lift on occasion for storing my cars in my garage and it has always made noise and now the noise is so loud I have to wear ear protection when I use it. I have talked to Aaron at Gemini over the years and left messages for Barb, Sam, etc. but they do no not return calls, tell me the contract people set them up and they are in Texas...? Great company to deal with, some of the best customer service I have received in a while. Nice to call and get a person that is happy, helpful, knows the products and wants to help you. Seems simple, but so hard to get these days. I am looking forward to doing business with them again in the future. Thanks Gemini for the help in getting the hoist parts that I need.
