Called for quote and turnaround time on a small set of STANDARD font Gemlite letters and representative told me 3-5 business days but when I PAID for and placed order on 10/7 found that I would have to wait for it to be ship out on 10/21. If you're a sign company like me and dealing with time sensitive installation then you know your customer won't be to happy about that news. BE AWARE!
