EDIT - I went back to the salon, and was genuinely touched by the team’s professionalism, kindness, attentiveness, apology/accountability, warmth and commitment to get my hair to where i envisioned it. Two senior stylists spent about 5.5 hours (~1.5 hours past closing time) basically redoing the entire appointment and didn’t charge me for it.
