I'm not sure about the attorney service, but I was not able to schedule a consultation with an attorney after calling three separate attempts. Answering service representative Ms. Alia kept saying someone will call for an in-take interview. However that didn't happen until after the 3rd phone call reminder. When someone connected after the third attempt it seems the intake lady is more concerned about fiance/ billing even before the case.
