I would advise not buying a riverbend Bought model home and it has many many issues The advertise fitness center, which includes hand weights a bike,a treadmill, and an elliptical as in 1 of each. No plans on making it a true fitness center per HOA. AND THE EQUIPMENT WAS DONATED FROM RESIDENT. indoor Pool is not heated and not maintained.
