Would not recommend visiting or building here. Tried to visit the model home multiple times and there was no one there. Neighborhood is left very messy and construction equipment all over that is not being used. Potholes are massive and unpaved right in the middle of the road.
Words can’t even describe my frustration of building a home through Gemcraft. If I could go back, I would have built a home in a different development with a different builder. To start, CJ Longenecker (the realtor representing Gemcraft) will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign the contract and then will ghost you, not show up to anything, and cancel on you.
