Horrible builder, numerous issues with our brand new home. Subcontractors they use are absolutely terrible and will not return calls almost forcing homeowners that paid good money to make repairs themselves. Never again Gemshaft

They rushed me about to close on a house that was not 100percent done. The shower door was not put on in the master bedroom. The mirrors were missing and so on. I was told they have 30 days to fix the issue after closing however it took more than 30 days for them to bring me the missing items after multiple calls on my end. The service department for the warranty Brian does not answer his phone and provide poor service for the warranty. This photo attached to this are 2 lots that were never built on when this neighborhood was built 30 years ago. So much wildlife has returned to this space. Cardinal nests. Robins. Woodpeckers. Owls. Rabbits. Deer. Pollinators. Gemcraft apparently bought these lots. Decided not to inform any of the neighbors, who are all less than 100 feet from the lots. And decided to bring in a logging company to rip out all these trees. Without telling anyone. Destroying 30 years of growth for a quick buck. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
