I called and scheduled an appointment for an appraisal and possible sale. I probably wouldn't feel like it was such a waste of my time if they would have at least looked at my items for more than 5 seconds before telling me how many they already have and how they're not worth anything even though you're selling the same for hundreds of dollars per carat. Maybe don't advertise as a buyer of gemstones to the General Public if your not willing to look at the collection presented during an appointment.
Poor service
We have been working with this wonderful family for 37 years. They are excellent people who provide beautiful jewelry. We strongly recommend them.
Zach is always very helpful picking out gemstones and explaining how origin and treatments affect prices.
