Purchased an engagement ring from Jean about 10 years ago. He told me if we ever lost one of the tiny diamonds he would replace them for free….10 years later one of the small diamonds fell out, contacted Jean and without any hesitation he took the ring back, replaced the diamond, polished and cleaned the ring and got it back to me within a few days, true to his world of no cost. Highly recommend.
