I ordered a bracelet to match another one I received as a gift. Thinking the bracelet was smaller than the original and wouldn't fit because it was designed differently, I reached out to customer service to return the bracelet. To my amazement, someone called me right away and asked me to send pictures. Right away they let me know they have the design that matches my original one I have and they sent it overnight so I had it for the holidays.
