I have no idea who is answering the phones in whatever call center you guys have, but they clearly have ZERO HVAC knowledge. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I know the people that actually work the counters know what they’re doing and have knowledge…. If only a little bit!!
I have always loved being able to contact the store directly and put in an order and get what I need directly. They started this new system where we now are being directed to a phone support system I cannot contact the Gemaire ocala store directly Which makes my job 10 times harder because they want me to pull a motor that is under warranty bring it up there personally pay for it! just so they can ship it to the store and then I have to wait days before it gets there and days to get my monies back and then make another trip ... read more
