Terrible experience I spent the extra money to buy a Rheem air-conditioning unit from budget air in Tampa. Florida doesn’t work right out of the box and they wanna make me run around in circles instead of replacing the unit Umberto Sanchez these people are the worst I would not buy a Rheem under any circumstances I thought spending the money for a better unit, but evidently these units are junk by anything other than a Rheem and then on top of that they don’t stand behind their product at all

worst customer service. They sell only to contractor. Guy was happy and moking after knowing Contractor wants to charge me $650 for the part that cost $50. His answer was " that is how they make money, if you dont want to pay open your own busienss" so looks like he was more intrested in Contractors making mone rather than his company. Unethical business practice to charge $100.00 counter fee to return a 80.00 part. Absolutely crazy
