I cannot say enough about how great my experience at Gem has been. The owner Jeff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I purchased my motorized wheelchair from them, I am now a loyal customer. When my chair needed servicing the appointment was seamless and quick. I even purchased a lifting recliner from Gem. They have everything you need to assist with mobility and improve your quality of life. I would recommend Gem to anyone in need of adaptive equipment.
Had a terrific experience with Gem on multiple occasions. Two years ago I purchased a power chair for my dad. Jeff and team helped me select a chair and delivered it to my dad’s location seamlessly. Two years later, the chair needed a new battery and Jeff was so easy to work with, picked the chair up from Manhattan and delivered it back to my 90 year old dad within two days. Jeff has lots of empathy and was extremely helpful. Thank you for your personalized and immediate attention service and support!
