Rude customer service
Went here to find a new motorized scooter and a travel chair. The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made suggestions and I got what I wanted for a good price with a pretty gold cane too.

My mother resides in North Carolina and when she came up to visit me in 2021, I took her to GEM WHEELCHAIR & SCOOTER for a much needed sturdy walker. I cannot tell you just how much my mother LOVES HER EVOLUTION TRILLIUM WALKER!!! Jeffrey, the owner, really is a gem. He spent time advising me on how to get a timely delivery of a new wheelchair battery, even though I wasn't purchasing the battery through his store. Truly a mensch!
