Jeff is always looking out for his customers. He has helped myself and my partner out immensely these past few years. He puts people first and I haven't seen anyone else do it quite like him. His new location is easily accessible and looks amazing. Anyone who needs to rent/buy a mobility aid so definitely come here!
Found ourselves in the unfortunate situation where my wife’s wheelchair broke down while vacationing in NYC. We called Gem City when they opened in the morning, they gave us a same day appt, and by 2pm they had made the repairs and we were good to go. Best part was it was all done for a fair price! What a remarkable experience. Thanks guys!
