RecommendedGem Veterinary Clinic took in our son's (who lives in a group home in Boise) cat on an emergency visit when no one in the Boise area would. This even though they were very busy and only had one of the vets in that day. Then they diagnosed what we were afraid was a life-threatening situation (the cat was not eating) as hyperthyroidism, prescribed meds, and I was able to take his cat back to him in the same day. the only place I will go. You can tell they truly care for their clients both 4 legged and 2 legged. we had to say goodbye to our little puppy and they gave the best experience in such a hard and impossible situation. Thank you so much for your care and compassion!
