Update: due to some medical issues I fell behind on one of my units. Once I explained everything to them and provided proof they were willing to waive the late fees. I appreciated the willingness to help where they could and their understanding. Just don't. Unfortunately I had no other option. It was a decent price before it was sold. Just called them this morning and was in a unit the same day. Staff is super friendly and easy to work with. The combination lock on the unit was super easy to remove and place in drop box. They even had a new lock waiting in the unit for me! Unit was clean and ready to go! Would recommend.
I'm having the best time with gemvillage storage if there is ever a problem with my unit I am contacted promptly and courteously and problem is solved in a timely fashion. It is managed very well five stars
