Our server. Kayleigh (?) was top notch. She was professional, attentive, great with suggestions on steak choice, checked with us often enough to meet our needs, but didn't hover. She shows pride in her work and the establishment she works for. It was fairly slow, so when we engaged her in conversation, she spent a few minutes chatting. Good food and service. We had the Waleye dinner and it was really good. Reasonable prices. Casino atmosphere.
We had dinner at the Gem Steakhouse and Saloon and it was an enjoyable experience. The atmosphere is nice with multiple rooms of seating, a full cocktail bar and outdoor balcony seating. The New York Strip that I had was delicious and properly prepared. Our server was friendly even though she was very busy.
