Never can get ahold of anyone. Leave messages and never get call back. Never received a statement for a bill but was turned over to a collection agency which I thought was fraud because I never received a bill. What the hell is going on with this place?
Went to ER at St. Alphonsus in Eagle for a kidney stone. Got a "bill" via email from Gem State for a CT scan with a link to pay the bill. They didn't bill my insurance company. I called the phone number on the email and I got a call center from the Philippines. I thought something was fishy, so I called St. Al's billing department and they said the phone number wasn't the same phone number they had on record. They dont go through insurance, dont work with you. Make you jump through hoops, they just want your money.
Received late notice on billing paidnoff almost a year ago and have not gotten any help with billing company. They have no idea what they are doing and act as though I have no idea even though I was a biller and coder and compliance officer for almost 6 years
Fraudulent billing practice! Stay away!!
