If zero stars was an option it would still be -4 stars. Worst customer service ever ignoring patients while in the waiting room while front desk gal is scrolling her cell phone. Finally received attention 25 minutes after my scheduled time. Now on top of that they screwed up the date of service when they sent the bill to my insurance putting 2024 when it was in 2025 so insurance rejected it as it was prior to my insurance dates. I never went to the radiology lab. I went in for a check on my well being. I have paid them multiple times for two separate bills on one trip I had that lasted a couple minutes. The service is absolutely scummy. They sent me to collections without attempting to contact me at all. I have paid them personally and the collections personally as well. I still get calls about it. Very poor customer service at the Eagle location.
I went to them and had a bill that took me a little time to pay off, it went into collections with Advantage Financial. I paid it off a year ago and it still shows on my credit. I will never use them again and I encourage everyone else not to unless you don't care about your credit rating. I will be filing with the BBB as well
