I can’t say enough good things about Katelyn. For over a month, she helped me deal with my HSA company while they kept delaying my reimbursement and making the whole process way more difficult than it needed to be. This company dumped thousands of documents in a random dumpster not shredded or redacted and covered in PHI. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
