I had great experience! The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Micheal was professional and took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my treatment options clearly, and answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend and will be back.
This was my third visit to Gem State Dermatology. Katie is a very easy to talk to. She listens to your questions and has thought full replies. I always feel welcome and that I am her only patient when she is working with me. I have never been kept waiting. I am seen at my appointment time.

Gem State Derm makes each visit prompt, pleasant and professional, from front office greeting and check-in to insurance reviews, text reminders, check-out, and of course, medical expertise. I hope Jaclyn Mentzer stays as long as I’m a patient because her willingness to listen, thoroughness with exams and ability to offer treatment options are superior. I always have concerns and I bring my bag of products I use on my skin and she goes through all of them gracefully. Thanks to all.
