I’ve had several experiences with this company and they are amazing Staci and Chris are awesome willing to work with you if you are late and always have quality cars.
New update. The car kept overheating so I told them to get the piece of junk up. I am updating this review a little bit. Gem State Auto did put in an alternator and replace the radiator in the car for free it's still overheats a little bit. Got a car just a week ago and it overheated. You would think they would check this stuff out before selling them. Also, the hood of the car has to be jimmied to get it open. Why would I want to pay for a car I can't drive. Oh yeah, I also found a corn dog wrapper and bag of chips under th... read more
Not very long ago, maybe about 16 months or so ago I had hit rock bottom in my life. I had really no where to go but up. I'm high risk and they didn't care. They looked beyond what I was and what baggage I carried, and saw a person in need they could genuinely help. They saw what I was and also saw what I have the potential to become. Because of these people I can continue working and putting food on the table to feed my kids. They’re not just selling cars, they’re putting dreams in driveways!

I forgot to mention the a c stopped working! 3 weeks into owning the car the electrical system shuts down. Additionally there is a lot of dump and the car has trouble accelerating
