We needed our wedding rings resized after 30 years. Jim made the process so easy. Provided postage with secure mail, and kept us informed during the process. Sent photos during, and the results are better than the original rings!
My rings are stunning! I had 2 rings taken apart. One ring had the stones removed. The setting remained the same and the new stones that replaced them are fabulous. The other ring was a composite of different stones with a very old diamond being the most valuable.
