We were very impressed with Gem Reflections. My husband and I had been searching for a new wedding set for our anniversary. We had already been to several of the high-end commercial stores in the area. The service we received at Gem Reflections was incomparable. Kathy was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. The attention you receive at Gem is one of a kind!
I don't normally leave reviews for places etc but I felt compelled too after I saw the ridiculous negative review Sean left for this store. We have bought several items from Gem Reflections- both from Kathie and Lin - and I cannot say enough good things about them. Something just does not ring true with his statements at all. They spend so much time educating you about your purchase and we too were encouraged to comparison shop and did so. I had a great experience at Gem Reflections when I bought my mom a very special pair of diamond and sapphire earrings . She wears them all the time and brags about them constantly. Kathie spent a great deal of time educating me on the quality of the stones (carats, cut, clarity...and cost!) and even encouraged me to comparison shop so I would feel confident about the quailtiy and the cost. I have no hesitation about buying from Gem Reflections again or referring my friends and family.
Excellent service!! My fiance and I heard about Gem Reflections from a previous customer. After talking to the owner, Kathy, on the phone, we decided to drive 6 hours and see if she could beat all the stores & websites we had looked at (and to see Dallas!). DO NOT BUY HERE!!! My fiancé and I bought a very expensive engagement ring from gem reflections. After visiting another jeweler we were informed that gem reflections had significantly misrepresented the quality of the diamond we purchased. We even had another jeweler confirm this information.
