I have had water coming into my bedroom for 3 years. They send second rate contractors that can't fix the problem and won't even return phone calls. Very poorly run organization.
Their team is always extremely responsive, and helpful. They seem to truly care, which seems rare for these types of companies. Every time we have worked with them, it's always a positive experience.
I've been really impressed with the management of our building, and a lot of that comes down to Rich at GEM Property Management. He is readily available when I call him and he recently helped me navigate the homeowner's insurance claim process. I appreciate his caring attitude. Highly recommend!
