They DO NOT take care of residents. I have lived there for 11 years. I saw 1 mouse in December, now at least 4+ homes in the area are infested. They are telling me that I am responsible for the inside since it's only my unit, but it's not. There are other areas that are affected. They need to seal the floors with cement because the mice are coming up through the floors.

GEM Property Management is an excellent management company. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Shelby and Melinda over the past 5 years. Maintenance requests are handled timely and efficiently. Their proactive approach to routine maintenance is why our building always looks superior. We recently did an exterior facade project and GEM keep the project within budget and communicated throughout the entire project to ensure it went smoothly. Their team is always professional, reliable and responsive.
