Predatory and manipulative . Messing with hardworking low income families of Newark Nj - society hill please beware my family member has been haraaaed taunted and threatened by this company . 600$ a month in HOA for no roof replacement no adequate cleaning stair stairs, not replaced the door fence not replaced. The saw is still there today even from the snowstorm because it was a thought that didn’t work and it never disintegrated then grass is clean only like once a month. We’ve been working with Gem for over a decade. Definitely one of the best and most consistent property management companies in northern New Jersey. Upper Management and ownership is constantly involved and if/when an issue arises they promptly address and remediate. We’ve recommended them to numerous HOA’s and COA’s throughout the years and hope to continue our business relationship for years to come.
