Their team is always extremely responsive, and helpful. They seem to truly care, which seems rare for these types of companies. Every time we have worked with them, it's always a positive experience.
I've been really impressed with the management of our building, and a lot of that comes down to Rich at GEM Property Management. He is readily available when I call him and he recently helped me navigate the homeowner's insurance claim process. I appreciate his caring attitude. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with management and specifically Shelby! As a realtor, it's always great to be able to be able to have a point of contact and her service was absolutely amazing. She was always there to answer my calls and questions and helped me and my client get the job done. I am forever grateful to GEM and Shelby for being so helpful & gracious throughout the whole process!
Predatory and manipulative . Messing with hardworking low income families of Newark Nj - society hill please beware my family member has been haraaaed taunted and threatened by this company . 600$ a month in HOA for no roof replacement no adequate cleaning stair stairs, not replaced the door fence not replaced. The saw is still there today even from the snowstorm because it was a thought that didn’t work and it never disintegrated then grass is clean only like once a month.
