GEM Property Management is an excellent management company. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Shelby and Melinda over the past 5 years. Maintenance requests are handled timely and efficiently. Their proactive approach to routine maintenance is why our building always looks superior. We recently did an exterior facade project and GEM keep the project within budget and communicated throughout the entire project to ensure it went smoothly. Their team is always professional, reliable and responsive.

GEM Property Management is incredibly prompt and diligent as a property management company. Shelby, specifically is an asset to the management of Gothic Towers. GEM is very communicative, responsive and transparent to residents and property owners in all aspects of building management; budgets, meetings, capital improvements, etc.
