As a supplier to this company I would recommend that you stay away. They ordered some promotional products from our company 6 months ago and after many calls and emails to them have yet to pay us. The people who we contacted there were rude. They promised to pay but didn’t.

While the service department has always been helpful, the rest of the organization is lacking. We have been trying for a year to get a buyout due to us under the contract we signed - with no success.
Being in the industry for 25 years and working for many dealers, I must say GEM has to be the best in the business. They treat all employees and customers as family. They pass on savings to customers and build strong lasting relationships. They did a tremendous job with my church and found cost saving solutions that fit our needs. If your looking for a one stop shop provider, GEM is it. You will not be disappointed!!
