I’ve been coming here on and off for a while. My most recent no chip manicure was about two and a half weeks ago, but three nails have already completely lost the polish, which was disappointing. I’ve consistently tipped well and have visited the same nail artist regularly, but I’ve noticed the service can feel a bit rushed at times, particularly during the massage portion. Overall, given the experience and the fact that this location is a bit out of my way, I’ll likely try other places moving forward.

This place is an absolute SCAM. I have never experienced something so disrespectful and unprofessional in my life. They literally try to FORCE you to tip. Tipping is OPTIONAL, not mandatory. It’s something customers give out of appreciation for good service, not something you demand or pressure people into. Went there today. 2 pedicures. Barely scrubbed my heel and massage was poor. Then hounded us for tip. Called us back because they thought the Zelle didn’t go through. Never again
No chip nails don’t last past 10 days but Ujin is still very good.
