Asking for service and they can’t understand me .. asking me five times exactly what a want!! Not saying a word at all the time, only talking to each other at Chinese language or something, when I was paying, they don’t even wait for payment, the lady asked me in a very rude way where it her tip? Unbelievable!! I thought tips were supposed to be extra for a good service??! Very rude and unprofessional service at thi place!!
Would not recommend. No-chip mani doesn’t last longer that few days. And the front lady is very obnoxious when it comes to tipping. I tipped in cash, yet she screamed through half of the salon to make sure I did tip. I gave them a few chances and was disappointed each time. There are better places in the area.
I’ve been coming here on and off for a while. My most recent no chip manicure was about two and a half weeks ago, but three nails have already completely lost the polish, which was disappointing. I’ve consistently tipped well and have visited the same nail artist regularly, but I’ve noticed the service can feel a bit rushed at times, particularly during the massage portion. Overall, given the experience and the fact that this location is a bit out of my way, I’ll likely try other places moving forward.

This place is an absolute SCAM. I have never experienced something so disrespectful and unprofessional in my life. They literally try to FORCE you to tip. Tipping is OPTIONAL, not mandatory. It’s something customers give out of appreciation for good service, not something you demand or pressure people into.
