Went here today for the first time and was extremely impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Asked me several times if I was happy with the length, shape, final look, etc. Same day appointments and ability to book online are also a huge bonus. Will definitely return to this hidden "gem".
I have been to other nail salons and this one is by far the most clean, the most friendly and my nails have always looked amazing. They do a great job. They take great care and attention to detail. My pedicures and gel manicures are always done with such care and they really care about their customer base. I highly recommend switching to this salon. They remember your name and always do their best at accommodating you! 5 stars!!

Friendliest staff that always try to accommodate my wildest design ideas for my nails. They are always flexible and don’t overbook themselves. This is a great place.
I was really looking forward to visiting Gem Nails, as my sister and mom have had great experiences here. Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing. The French tips I received were noticeably uneven, all slanting in the same direction. When I politely brought it up, the technician became defensive, raising her voice and blaming my nail beds.
