Jenny and Tham are so friendly and accommodating. They do an amazing job!
Gem Nails is the best place in Calgary to have your manicures and pedicures! Jenny owns this incredible business and hires wonderful staff. I love working with Jenny, Tam, & Joy as they are true professionals - all working with such kindness, respect, & great senses of humour. It’s truly a retreat to have them work their magic while I listen to the most beautiful music and watch stunning travel videos!!! My husband loves his pedicures here, too!!!
I had a pedicure with nail art done on July 3. Before I could even enter, Jenny was saying hi to me. She also acknoledged that I chose a different nail polish color from my normal choices. The pedicure was done by Joy and enjoyed from start to finish. I will keep going back to Gem Nail because of the awesome service and the fact that Jenny remembers my name. I have been to other salons, where the service is not the same and what has been booked isn't necessarily what is done. This has never happened at Gem Nail.
