Friendliest staff that always try to accommodate my wildest design ideas for my nails. They are always flexible and don’t overbook themselves. This is a great place.
I was really looking forward to visiting Gem Nails, as my sister and mom have had great experiences here. Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing. The French tips I received were noticeably uneven, all slanting in the same direction. When I politely brought it up, the technician became defensive, raising her voice and blaming my nail beds. Walked in for a fill on a Tuesday afternoon and they fit me in right away. Very thorough job on my nails and noticed staff were so sweet with a cute older lady who seemed to be a regular there. Clean and bright and well organized place!
GEM is a great salon, the ladies are always so friendly and they do a thorough job!
