I have used Gem many times over the last 15 years, beginning with my wedding and for several personal and work events. I always shop around when I need transportation, but always end up using them in the end. Their prices are fair and they have never disappointed. I have been lucky enough to have Mel on many of those occasions and have always had an amazing experience. She is kind, funny, outgoing, a safe driver, communicates well and goes above and beyond to make our drop off and pick up as easy as possible for us.
Perfect experience. Mario (our driver) showed up early and was such an incredible host. The vehicle was beautifully maintained and we had the best time. Would absolutely book again.
