Plumber got the tub clog done in a short amount of time. He was very nice
I’ve been living here since early 2020. The apartments are nice but the management and the maintenance that they provide for the property is not great. The management is cheap and hard to reach. As another reviewer said, they pay for weekly ground’s maintenance that is not needed. They only blow dirt all over the place and leave decks and cars all covered in dirt. Updated Oct 2024 since the property is only going downhill. Lived here 4 years so far, heres my review: The apartments themselves are decent- good location, albeit outdated inside. However the management company (Bluestone & Hockley) is absolutely terrible. They often delay major repairs that they can't afford. There was a water moat around one building from a burst pipe or something for over a year. The residents had to use plywood boards to cross the moat for ages...it looked so janky. And yet they have weekly leafblowers ... read more
