I brought some diamond earring studs and one of the earring backs did not fit properly after i purchased and the earring kept falling out of my childs ear once I got them home. I took the earrings back two days later. They refused to fix it and wanted to charge me additional money to fix it. GEM gets 5 stars! I went to several other stores to have a most important piece of jewelry repaired and none of them could help me. I'd nearly given up hope, but thought I'd try one more. I am so glad that I did because Erin at Gem went above and beyond coming up with a solution and it worked! I am absolutely thrilled. Erin & Gem are by far the best.

I recently went to Gem Jewelers with a necklace that needed a new clasp. I had taken it to Michael's Jewelers first And they quoted me $275!!!! The price of gold, the time it takes, etc.etc. Meanwhile, a friend of mine had recommended Gem for jewelry repair. Took the necklace there and they repaired it for $0!! This store has a new fan in me!! For starters it’s just so beautiful inside!! I went in after a bit of a goose chase for a bracelet repair. I ended up at GJ and Erin (hopefully correct spelling) was above and beyond amazing. She was warm:personable, knowledgeable, and on her game! She went above and beyond to help me.
