This store has a new fan in me!! For starters it’s just so beautiful inside!! I went in after a bit of a goose chase for a bracelet repair. I ended up at GJ and Erin (hopefully correct spelling) was above and beyond amazing. She was warm:personable, knowledgeable, and on her game! She went above and beyond to help me. I needed some help with my 6 watches. Glenda at Gem was wonderful; we arranged for how I would get my watches there and she called the next morning that they were all done. Kind, thoughtful and at an impressive price and quickly. My new “go to”! April 2024: And in quick succession two watches needed new bands. Glenda to the rescue.
