I've used Gem Jewelry twice now - never actually bought anything from them but used their jewelry services. The first time I used them was to create a custom made necklace with my late mother-in-law's diamond from her engagement ring. I’m a frequent flyer here and service is always top notch. I love looking through their estate jewelry and landed some amazing pieces from that section. I also purchased my wedding band here and got a great deal. I’ve had their goldsmith design and create two pieces of jewelry for me and they are stunning. I won’t shop anywhere else.
I needed some help with my 6 watches. Glenda at Gem was wonderful; we arranged for how I would get my watches there and she called the next morning that they were all done. Kind, thoughtful and at an impressive price and quickly. My new “go to”! April 2024: And in quick succession two watches needed new bands. Glenda to the rescue. Not sure I can even leave 1 star. Would never return. Sales lady speaking loudly from across the room" Your price range?" Not the way to handle a customer. Im in sales, would NEVER do that. Wrong store, unfortunately right customer and definately WRONG sales person.
They have been my go to jeweler for decades. Excellent service, great pricing and very helpful and pleasant staff. They also do great repairs as well.
