I’ve been in the jewelry business for ten years and have never said a bad word about anyone, but these guys don’t have a conscience. Spent 2k on opal beads from them that crumbled into dust when I went to string them. No refund or exchange. They sent some replacement beads after I kept complaining but those were also cracked and chipped on arrival. With millions of gem dealers out there, no reason to do business with these scammers.
