Gary came quickly when our furnace failed (and it started getting COLD ). He rigged up a system to keep us warm until he could install a new furnace a few days later. He also got us a manufacturer rebate that we wouldn’t have known about. He has been our HVAC person for many years now and has taken good care of us. He’s also clever enough to find ways to put in heating ducts when we needed heat/AC in a previously open loft!
Rude. I’ve been in the trades for 23 years. I’ve never seen a more unprofessional owner in my life. Sometimes quotes are given to customers and they don’t do the job right away. Maybe the money isn’t there. A lot of people in your area are retired and on a fixed income. As a person in this type of business, you should know that. Use one of the other quality HVAC contractors in Lakewood, they would love your business.
