Although my hair is not the color I requested I am satisfied with the outcome. However, the purpose for this poor review is to express my disappointment in the level of communication I received being a new client and the length of time spent in the salon. If it would have been communicated to me at consultation that I would be charged for 2 complete services. $200 for Color Era & $150 for Healthy hair Era and it would take 7 1/2 hours to complete I would have declined and forfeit the $50 dollar deposit that I paid. Awesome stylist available and reliable when you need her . Silk press and stylist expert . Will also get you in and out of the seat . She allowed me to bring my 2 month old to the appointment late notice along with making accommodations for my baby and I. She has also worked with me when I was running behind schedule . Gamera is friendly and social . She makes her clients feel comfortable while in her chair and confident when walking out of chair . She is also reasonably priced.
