Dallen and his partner were doing an adjacent unit and I asked for them to clean our carpet on the main level due to a little pet accident that happened some time ago. They did an outstanding job at a very affordable rate on the spot I highly recommend this company they're very kind and professional. Thank you!
GEM Environmental was incredible to work with throughout our rental home’s mold remediation. They were extremely thorough and helpful in explaining things throughout the process, always punctual, and extremely compassionate throughout the entire process. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. They actually came after I had hired another company for the same service (cleaning out air vents and checking for mold). The other company did nothing but try to upsell me, then didn’t even do the job they were there to do. This company did an AMAZING job on our AC filter duct. It was extremely dirty, caked with dust and grime. They did a flawless job on it and the air quality in our apartment was noticeably improved the second we walked inside. The Customer service was also fantastic. They kept in contact with us leading up to the job and answered every question. I will definitely use this company again without hesitation. Thanks!
