We used GEM for a commercial relamping project — nothing complicated, just replacing fixtures. From the very beginning, things were off. GEM hired a subcontractor to do the actual work and handled the ordering of the new lights themselves. Not all the agreed-upon work was completed, and I had to repeatedly push just to get all of the lights replaced.
